This place used to be good. Now it’s nearly twice as expensive, and the food is much worse. This is the pandan mochi waffle I received.

Let’s start with the service. We had a party of 15, and everyone ordered drinks or snacks. My husband even felt bad and ordered the Pandan Kuya toast because the staff kept pushing desserts on us like they had to be purchased. Two different staff members mentioned desserts multiple times. When one waiter brought my sister her drink, he even told her she should order two. The place itself could have been great if the service had matched the quality of the food and drinks. Unfortunately, we received eye rolls from one staff member, and several employees came across as unpleasant and lacking basic customer service. It was also cold inside, and the waitress opened the door to let even more cold air in. It honestly felt like she was trying to push us out, even though there was no line or anyone waiting for tables. We ended up leaving a cash tip out of guilt because the staff made us feel terrible. On a positive note, the drinks and desserts were all very good. Please work on customer service if you want customers to return.

The black sesame cake was simple delightful and very small for $16. The deconstructed banana crepe whatever, was eclectic, sparse, and bland. The Frosted Flakes mixed with a flavorless custard was nothing new or exciting for $17. We asked for the cheesecake and Ube crepe but they did not have anymore.

We wonder after dining hours and the place was pretty empty. The service was good. The server was very patient with us. We got two cakes and a London fog. The cake were pretty good. They were a little bit on the sweeter side, but the decoration was very pretty and it wasn’t too heavy. The London fog was very watery. I would try something else next time. The environment was very cozy and it’s a place that’s good for hanging out with friends for either afternoon tea or just a late night snack.
